Unit 1: Amazing Attributes; Lesson 3: Name That Shape

I found a yo-yo. Then I had my son identify it's shape as a circle. Then, holding the string about 4" long, we spun and spun and spun the string until it would make the yo-yo spin and spin and spin. As we watched it, the circle turned into a sphere. Same concept when you spin a quarter or a penny.
